Adventures Overland is not new to the world of travel. Year 2013-14 was an epic year which expanded our profile and took us around the world to explore the diversity of landscape, human kind and their habitat. “The Great Indian World Trip” was an extraordinary journey which took us around 6 continents driving 90,000 km in 50 countries. The entire journey was shot to capture our experiences on the road and was broadcasted on DISCOVERY channel in India as a 10 episode travel series.
Our team also humbly boasts of a Guinness World Record for driving the longest distance in a single country (Australia) during this journey and we also hold 7 Limca Records in Adventure category back home. We have served people from all over the world and feel very proud that our customers keep coming back to us again and again. We love sharing the highs, the sense of achievement and the joy of travel with you, with our fellow travelers, with anyone who has the passion and love for travel.

Tushar has spent the last 10 years traveling to more than 70 countries and driving in most of them. He has driven in most diverse terrains of the world including the highest mountains of China, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Andes and even Alaska; lonely deserts of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Africa; incredible Autobahns of Germany; nerve racking highways of Ukraine and Russia and the silky freeways of US and UK. He is also a Fellow at the Royal Geographic Society in London. Tushar has written a book titled “Road Affair” on his various driving expeditions and records.

Sanjay brings a charm to Travel. A thorough with machines, a natural leader and a survivor with smile. An active participant and official for all major Motor Rallies in India, also has led countless expeditions in Bhutan,Tibet and India. Travelled to more than 50 countries around the world, driving from the Southernmost Tip of the World Ushuaia to Deadhorse in Alaska which is at the Top of the World, Forever in meditative state he has an ability to deal with extreme situations with his trademark ease. An ardent photographer who loves to capture precious moments.

To prove this statement, Adventures Overland is the place to find his commendable work. Be it the Adventures Overland banners or Facebook posts, this man will make you fall in love with travelling. A traveler and photographer himself, Shekhu believes in living life outdoors. You call him tech expert or creative creature, he definitely has the eye to appreciate beauty and nature. Talk about emails, Shekhu is a master when it comes to playing with words. Everyone out there will agree that we love his sugary words that make a smiling curve on each face.
He is a traveller, adventurer, backpacker and always in a wait to fetch the opportunity to travel and visit the offbeat places. He realised his passion for travel early in life and decided to go ahead with his Bachelors and Masters in Tourism itself. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management an autonomous body of Ministry of Tourism, India and has over 05 years of Industrial experience. He wishes to understand the different spheres of culture, traditions, beliefs, art and nature. He is in strong opinion of tourism being the best way to omit the man made borders.

West East West Challenge
Created a Limca Book of Record by becoming the first team to drive 7000 km non-stop for 7 days through 7 states of India in a record time of 155 hours 50 minutes.
West to East Challenge
Created a new record by driving 3700 km from the western most point of India in Koteshwar, Gujarat to the eastern most point of India in Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh in a record time of 73 hours and 55 minutes.
ASEAN India Car Rally
Part of the Indian team to participate in the 9 nation car rally. The rally will start from the F1 pit in Singapore and drive through 9 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmaar and India. The drive will cover 8,000 km in 22 days and will be received in New Delhi by the Heads of government of all 9 nations including Indian Prime Minister Shri Manmohan Singh.
Created a Limca Book of Record by becoming the first Indian team to drive from Delhi all the way to Mt Kailash and Mansarovar Lake in Tibet passing through Kathmandu, Nepal.
Trans Himalayan Challenge
Driving 5,500 non-stop for 9 days 6 hours 15 minutes covering the entire Himalayan range including Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Nepal, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh. The challenge started at Leh, Ladakh and ended at Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh.
Mana Pass Challenge
First civilian team to drive a vehicle to the highest motorable road in the world at 18,399 feet at Mana Pass (Indo – China border).
London Delhi by Road
Created a Limca Book of Record by driving 12,000 km all the way from London to Delhi in 51 days covering the following 15 countries – UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Tibet, Nepal, India.
Tata Nano Himalayan Expedition
Created a Limca Book of Record by driving a Tata Nano, the smallest car in the world to Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 feet.
