You rise beyond them and you see it all from above. You can only feel it, and do so you have to go to Africa, particularly Kenya and Tanzania – famed for their scenic landscapes and vast wildlife preserves. Kenya is the land of the Masai Mara, of Wildebeest and Zebras migrating in millions with the great predators of Africa following in their wake. It is home to endangered species like black rhinos. Alternatively, if you want to see turquoise blue water, if you want to climb the highest mountains in Africa, and if you want to see the most untamed beasts of the continent, Tanzania is the place for you. ROAD TO LONDON
Jordan is an experience that will either become a remarkable ‘forever’ memory or a journey that you would crave to experience time and again. It is a Middle Eastern ethereal gem that transcends your heart and soul into a space-time where all things feel, just perfect.
Your Kenya trip begins as soon as your international flight touches down in Nairobi, the bustling capital city. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will meet our local representative cum driver, who will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Settle in and relax for the day to overcome jet lag before you get down to explore this beautiful Kenyan city filled with exotic and scenic attractions. Food is an important aspect of any holiday, so, for all the food connoisseurs, dinner booking can be made on their behalf at the world famous Carnivore Restaurant. Soak in the sights and sounds of Africa and get ready to experience an adventure that is surely going to last a lifetime!
After a hearty breakfast, your trip planner will take you to the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. You will be amazed to know that you can adopt an orphan elephant, rhino, or giraffe for yourself or as a gift – offering life and hope to an animal in need. We continue our sightseeing and visit the Giraffe Centre followed by the famous Karen Blixen Museum, located 10 km outside of Nairobi, Kenya, “at the foot of the Ngong Hills”. This museum is the former African home of Danish author Karen Blixen, famous for her 1937 book Out of Africa which chronicles her life at the estate. Later return to your hotel and enjoy an exotic dinner ending the second day of your Kenya customized holiday package trip in style.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head towards Lake Nakuru, one of our curated travel experiences to give you a sense of this wonderland. The drive towards Lake Nakuru will take you through the pristine landscapes yet at times through the chaotic life of Kenya. Lake Nakuru is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous lake in Kenya. Upon arrival, check in to your beautiful lodge and get ready for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is a good destination to spot two of the big five which are often difficult to see in other National Parks. It is home to a population of rhino who graze early morning on the sweet vegetation around the lake’s edge. After an exhilarating safari experience, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After a breakfast in the wilderness, you will depart for a picnic lunch for a day trip to Lake Bogoria National Reserve; time to check-off another great destination off your personalized itineraries of Kenya. Lake Bogoria is a saline, alkaline lake that lies in a volcanic region in a half-graben basin a little north of the equator. This reserve is famous for flamingos. The lake is alkaline, feeding blue-green algae which in turn feeds the flamingos. At times the number of flamingos feeding in the lake may be as high as a million. The lake is also famous for geysers and hot springs located near the lake. As many as 10 geysers near the lake can erupt as high as 5 metres. Spend time exploring the marvels of nature in this unique reserve before returning to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Another beautiful morning and we start our day with a hearty breakfast. Check-out and hit the road heading south towards Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Africa. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife tends to be most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. It is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the big five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). After resting at the lodge and eating lunch, head out for a game drive in pop-up safari jeeps.
Post breakfast, get closer to the wildness and begin your great Maasai Mara adventure, one of the main highlights of our Kenya custom tour package. Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. It is without a doubt, the best National Park in the World. It is a land of breath-taking vistas, abundant wildlife and endless plains. Embark on your game drive in search of Africa’s elusive big cats: the lion, leopard and cheetah. You will have ample opportunities of observing the beasts closely. As you continue exploring the wilderness of Maasai Mara, enjoy the grassy plains and rolling hills as you drive along the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages of Maasai tribes. In the evening, head back to the lodge and spend the evening at leisure.

Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast before heading towards the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s best-known wildlife – viewing areas. The crater is about 20 km wide, and it is one of the largest calderas in the world. It is just one part of a larger area of interrelated ecosystems consisting of the crater highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with larger stretches of plains bush and woodland. Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of about 8300 sq. km. Within its’ walls is a variety of animals and vegetation, including grasslands, swamps, forests, salt pans, and a freshwater lake. It is home to rich wildlife, which includes lions, elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, zebras, reedbucks etc. Spend the night in a luxury lodge located on the edge of the crater.
You will wake up feeling content, satisfied and definitely with a smile on your face after having experienced magic the previous day, touring all destinations in your personalized itinerary of Tanzania! Head out of Ngorongoro towards Lake Manyara National Park, where a game drive and a Treetop walk awaits you. Lake Manyara National Park is unique in its own way. It offers a wilderness experience in diverse habitats, from its Rift Valley soda lake to dense woodlands and steep mountainsides. Apart from a spectacular setting, the park is also famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds it was established to protect. After the game drive, proceed to Arusha, a city in northeastern Tanzania and the capital of the Arusha Region, located close to Mount Kilimanjaro.
Africa is a continent like none other. It has that which makes you realise how elegantly vast nature is and how awfully little you are. Perhaps that’s why you lose a part of yourself and imbibe a sense of immense gratitude after returning home from Africa. After an adventurous and unique trip, it’s time to head out of Arusha and drive towards Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home. As you take off from Africa, take a moment to reflect on the experiences over the days gone by and return home with a heart full of memories. But, if you couldn’t get enough of African adventures and plan to extend your trip in Kenya and Tanzania, we’ll be happy to assist you.
