Itinerary

Touch down in Croatia’s vibrant capital, Zagreb! After a seamless airport transfer, we’ll check into our cozy accommodations and have time to meet the group. The rest of the day is yours to explore this fascinating city at your own pace—wander through the historic streets of the Upper Town, admire the stunning Zagreb Cathedral, or relax at one of the charming local cafes in Ban Jelačić Square. In the evening, we will gather for a delightful welcome dinner followed by an overnight stay in Zagreb.

The adventure kicks into gear as the convoy hits the road for our first driving day! Leaving behind Zagreb’s bustling streets, we’ll embark on a scenic drive to the enchanting Lake Bled in Slovenia. Revel in the thrill of the open road, surrounded by stunning landscapes as we cross borders and journey into a fairy-tale destination. Upon arrival, we’ll check into our accommodations and take in the stunning views of the lake, its enchanting island church, and the historic Bled Castle perched high above.

The excitement continues as we take a scenic drive from Lake Bled to the mesmerizing Soča Valley, famed for its emerald-green Soča river. Here, we’ll dive into a thrilling white-water rafting adventure, navigating rapids amidst breathtaking natural beauty.

After our adrenaline-filled adventure, we’ll enjoy the scenic drive back to Lake Bled, where the evening is yours to explore. Take a peaceful stroll along the lake’s shore, marvel at the iconic island church, or visit the historic Bled Castle, perched dramatically atop a cliff. With panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, it’s the perfect way to end the day.

Today’s drive takes us through some of the most breathtaking sights as we journey from Lake Bled to the charming coastal town of Rovinj.

We’ll begin by visiting the Vintgar Gorge, a natural wonder with its crystal-clear river, waterfalls, and lush greenery, followed by a serene stop at Lake Bohinj, Slovenia’s largest glacial lake. After lunch, the road leads us towards two iconic landmarks—Predjama Castle, dramatically nestled into a cliffside, and the mesmerizing Škocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with awe-inspiring underground landscapes.

Upon reaching Rovinj, we will check into our accommodations. The evening is free for you to unwind with a magical sunset cruise, which offers spectacular views of the Adriatic coastline before retiring for the night.

Start the day at your own pace, soaking in the charm of Rovinj’s old town. Wander through its cobblestone streets lined with vibrant houses, visit the hilltop St. Euphemia’s Church for stunning panoramic views, or explore the local markets brimming with handmade crafts and fresh produce. After a leisurely lunch of savoring fresh seafood and local delicacies, we’ll head towards the next destination.

The scenic drive leads us to Plitvice National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its cascading waterfalls, emerald lakes, and lush forests. This natural wonder boasts 16 interconnected lakes and wooden walkways that make exploring its ethereal beauty an unforgettable experience. Upon our arrival in the evening, check into your accommodations and prepare yourself for the magic of this iconic park the following day.

Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia

Wake up early to start your morning with a trek through Plitvice National Park, one of Croatia’s most stunning natural wonders. Wander along the park’s wooden walkways, winding your way past cascading waterfalls, crystal-clear lakes, and dense forests teeming with wildlife. Keep an eye out for the park’s diverse inhabitants, including deer, brown bears, and wild boars, as well as smaller creatures like otters, rabbits, and a variety of bird species such as the golden eagle and herons. 

Hear the soothing sounds of water rushing over rocks and feel the cool mist from the waterfalls as you explore the lush landscape. 

After this unforgettable nature experience, we’ll drive to the historic city of Zadar. Once there, explore the city’s charming center, with its mix of Roman and medieval architecture. Visit the Sea Organ, a unique art installation that creates harmonious sounds as the sea waves push air through its pipes, and don’t miss the Greeting to the Sun, which lights up in a dazzling display at sunset.

To top off the day, enjoy a scenic boat ride across La ke Kozjak, where you can soak in panoramic views and the serene ambiance of the waters.

Set off on a scenic drive from Zadar to Split, where history, culture, and fantasy come together. Today’s journey takes you on an immersive tour of Game of Thrones filming locations, allowing you to step into the world of Westeros. 

Explore the majestic Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that became the setting for key scenes, including the grand halls of Meereen. Walk through the Peristyle, where Daenerys Targaryen was crowned, and explore the narrow streets that once witnessed epic battles and dramatic moments.

As the day comes to an end, take some time to wander Split’s lively old town, with its mix of ancient Roman structures, cafes, and vibrant markets. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before settling in for an overnight stay in this historic coastal city.

Diocletian’s Palace , Split

Today, embark on an unforgettable day as we head to Hvar Island, known for its stunning landscapes, crystal-clear waters , and vibrant nightlife. Begin your adventure with a scenic boat ride from Split to Hvar, where you’ll be greeted by the island’s charming old town, lined with historic buildings and welcoming cafes. Spend time exploring the picturesque streets and visit the impressive Hvar Fortress for panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.

Next, set out for an island-hopping experience around Hvar. Discover secluded coves, hidden beaches, and charming nearby islets, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling in the sparkling waters. Visit the famous Pakleni Islands, a collection of lush, uninhabited islets that offer some of the most beautiful spots for relaxation and exploration. As the day comes to a close, return to Split, filled with memories of a perfect day on the Adriatic coast.
