Trip Overview
Someone, somewhere once exclaimed, “Please understand, I have been waiting to leave ever since I figured out that there were roads willing to take me anywhere I wanted to go.” And in doing so, perfectly captured the restless pull that every wanderer feels—the urge to pack up, step out, and let the road take over.
We, at Adventures Overland, don’t just understand this feeling—we live it. There’s nothing quite like the freedom of the open road, and no one who brings it to life quite the way we do—one winding stretch at a time. This is where one of our most thrilling self-driven journeys comes into play: your chance to be part of the 9th season of Road to London.
This epic India to London road trip is far more than just a drive. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience—one that stays with you long after the engine turns off. Covering over 16,000 kilometres, this 65-day expedition begins in the city of Gorakhpur in India and takes you across an extraordinary route through Nepal, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Türkiye, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and France, before culminating in a grand finish in the UK.

You won’t just pass through countries—you’ll feel them, live them, and carry them with you. This is not just a road trip. It’s a story you’ll tell for the rest of your life.
