Supercar Drive - The Europe Edition

Arrive in Zurich, where the journey begins with the quiet anticipation of what lies ahead. Over the next few days, you won’t just drive through the Alps, you’ll experience them from behind the wheels of some of the world’s most iconic supercars.

As guests arrive throughout the day, private transfers will bring everyone together at the hotel. In the evening, meet your fellow participants and the AO team over a detailed route briefing and welcome dinner. This is where introductions turn into conversations, and conversations slowly turn into friendships forged over mountain roads and roaring engines.

Today, waiting for you is your first supercar from the fleet — you could find yourself behind the wheel of the Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet, the Lamborghini Huracán Spyder, the Ferrari F8 Spider, or the Aston Martin DB12 Volante . The convoy rolls out of Zurich early in the morning, and within a few hours, the city disappears behind you, replaced by winding mountain roads, picture-perfect Swiss villages, and landscapes that almost don’t feel real.

As the roads begin climbing toward Stelvio Pass, the atmosphere changes completely. Known for its 48 hairpin bends and dramatic elevation, Stelvio is world-renowned as one of the highest paved mountain roads in the Alps at an elevation of 2,757 meters. At the summit, snow-capped peaks surround you in every direction while the convoy lines up against one of the most iconic backdrops in the Alps.

The drive then descends beautifully into Merano, where palm-lined promenades and Tyrolean Alps create the perfect ending to your very first driving day in Europe.

A fresh set of keys awaits you this morning, and with it comes an entirely new driving experience. The roads ahead cut through the heart of the Dolomites, where towering peaks rise dramatically above winding roads and every few kilometres, feel more cinematic than the last.

The convoy heads toward Ortisei, a beautiful mountain village tucked deep within the Dolomites. But the true highlight lies above. A cable car ride takes you to the breathtaking Seceda Ridge, where jagged ridgelines stretch endlessly into the distance and the silence of the mountains almost feels surreal.

Back behind the wheel, the drive continues through postcard-perfect valleys and scenic mountain roads before crossing into Austria. The roads remain playful, the scenery keeps changing, and by the time you arrive in Lienz, it feels like one of those days you wish didn’t come to an end so soon.

Some roads are beautiful. Others become legends. Today, you drive one of them. After breakfast, another supercar swap brings a completely different personality to the roads ahead as the convoy begins climbing toward the legendary Grossglockner High Alpine Road, widely regarded as Austria’s greatest driving route.

The climb builds gradually, taking you higher into the Alps with every turn. Long sweeping corners, changing elevations, and glacier views unfold around you, and before you realise it, you’re driving well above 2,000 metres, with the landscape opening up in every direction.

At Edelweißspitze, the highest drivable point on the route at over 2,500 metres, the entire world seemingly stretches out around you with snow-covered peaks and your convoy set against a backdrop that doesn’t quite feel real.

The journey continues toward Zell am See before entering Germany along the Deutsche Alpenstraße. Here, the drive through the unrestricted autobahns with no speed limit and the roar of your supercar offers a different rhythm to the day. By evening, you arrive in Tirol after what easily feels like the most unforgettable drive of the journey.

Today marks the final driving day, and with it comes your last supercar swap of the journey. By now, everyone has a favourite — some drawn to the sharp precision of the Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet, others still thinking about the roar of the Lamborghini Huracán Spyder. But before it all comes to an end, the Alps have one final surprise waiting.

The route takes you through Hahntennjoch Pass, a road that feels built purely for driving. Unlike the wide, sweeping passes earlier in the journey, this one feels more personal — narrower sections, quick elevation changes, and a rhythm of corners that just flows from one to the next. It’s the kind of road where you stop thinking about the destination and simply enjoy every turn as it comes.

As the convoy makes its way back toward Zurich, something quietly shifts. The radios aren’t as busy, the stops last a little longer, and somewhere along the way, it sinks in that this journey is coming to an end. The evening wraps up with a farewell dinner, bringing everyone together one last time to relive the roads, the cars, and everything in between.

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the Alps and the roads that made this journey unforgettable. Over the past few days, you haven’t just driven across Europe — you’ve experienced some of the world’s greatest mountain roads from behind the wheels of four extraordinary supercars, shared the journey with like-minded enthusiasts, and created memories that will return every single time you hear the sound of an engine echo through the mountains.
